Shipping

Processing times

  • Ready-to-ship items: Ship within 1–3 business days
  • Personalized and custom orders: 5–10 business days, depending on complexity. You’ll receive a mockup for approval within 48 hours of your order, and production begins once approved.

Shipping methods and rates

  • We ship via USPS and UPS from Lincoln, California
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on item size, weight, and destination
  • All orders include tracking information sent via email
  • Insured shipping: Every package is insured against damage or loss during transit

Domestic shipping

We ship to all 50 US states. Most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.

International shipping

International shipping is available on a case-by-case basis. Contact us for a shipping quote before placing an international order. The buyer is responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

Returns & Exchanges

Custom and personalized items

Because each personalized piece is made specifically for you, custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We mitigate this by sending a detailed mockup for your approval before production begins — what you approve is exactly what we build.

Non-personalized items

Non-personalized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they arrive in unused, original condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.

Damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost. All shipments are insured, so you’re covered.
