Turnaround Time

How long does it take to receive my order?

Standard orders ship within 7–10 business days from mockup approval. This includes crafting, engraving, quality inspection, and packaging. You will receive a free digital mockup within 48 hours of your inquiry for approval before we begin.

Do you offer rush orders?

Yes. Rush orders can ship in 3–5 business days for an additional fee. Contact us with your timeline and we will confirm availability. During peak season (November–December), rush availability may be limited — plan ahead for holiday gifting.


Ordering & Minimums

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No. We accept orders of any size, from a single personalized gift to 100+ units. Volume pricing begins at 5 units — see our volume pricing table for details.

How does bulk pricing work?

We offer tiered volume discounts: 10% off at 5+ units, 15% off at 10+ units, 20% off at 25+ units. Orders of 50+ receive custom pricing. All volume pricing includes personalized engraving. Gift-ready packaging is available as an add-on for $8 per unit.

Can I order different personalizations within the same bulk order?

Absolutely. Each piece in a bulk order can have unique engraving — different names, addresses, dates, or messages. Volume pricing still applies to the total order quantity regardless of personalization variety.


Personalization

What can be engraved?

Names, addresses, dates, quotes, company logos, custom messages, and coordinates. We work with you to design the engraving layout and provide a mockup for approval before any crafting begins.

Can I include my company logo or agent branding?

Yes. We offer logo engraving on the back of boards and on keepsake box lids. For agent branding, we keep it subtle — your client remembers who gave the gift without it feeling like marketing. Send us your logo file and we will prepare a proof.


Packaging & Shipping

What does gift-ready packaging include?

Our gift-ready packaging includes a premium presentation box, tissue paper wrapping, and a branded card. Optional upgrades include custom sleeve with your company branding, handwritten-style gift notes, and ribbon finishing.

Can you ship directly to my clients or recipients?

Yes. We can ship individual gifts directly to each recipient’s address with a personalized gift note from you. Just provide the shipping addresses and gift note text with your order. This is especially popular with realtors who want gifts delivered directly to clients’ new homes.

Is shipping insured?

Every order ships fully insured. If anything arrives damaged, we replace it at no cost. Your gifts are professionally packed to withstand transit.


Recurring Orders & Reorders

Can I set up recurring or monthly orders?

Yes. For agents and businesses with ongoing gifting needs, we offer a recurring order program. We save your preferred product, design, engraving style, and packaging preferences. Each month (or quarter), just send us the new recipient details and we handle everything else. Monthly invoicing available.

How do reorders work?

Once we have your design on file, reordering is simple. Email or call us with the new personalization details (name, address, date), and we produce a mockup within 48 hours. No need to re-explain your design preferences — we keep everything saved for you.
