How does personalization/engraving work?
Select a personalizable product, enter your text on the product page, and add to cart. After you place your order, we’ll send you a free digital mockup within 48 hours for your approval before we begin crafting. Nothing ships until you’ve approved the design.

What can I engrave on my cutting board?
Names, dates, short messages, monograms, addresses, logos, or custom designs. Each product listing shows the max character count and engraving area. Need something special? Contact us and we’ll work with you.
Can I see a mockup before you make my order?
Yes — every custom order includes a free digital mockup sent to your email within 48 hours. We don’t start crafting until you approve it.
Can I request a custom size, shape, or finish?
Absolutely. Visit our “Request a Custom Piece” page to describe what you’re looking for. We respond to all custom requests within 48 hours.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does production take?
Most standard items ship within 3–5 business days. Custom/personalized pieces take 5–10 business days for production, then 3–5 days for shipping. Need it faster? Contact us — we’ll do our best to accommodate rush orders.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free shipping on all orders over $75. Orders under $75 ship via USPS Priority Mail, and shipping is calculated at checkout.
Is my order insured during shipping?
Every order ships fully insured. If your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately and we’ll replace it at no cost.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon.
Returns & Guarantees
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for non-personalized items in original condition. Personalized/custom items cannot be returned unless there is a defect or error on our part — but we send mockup approval before crafting to prevent this.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We’ll send a replacement at no charge, no questions asked. Every shipment is insured.
Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?
We stand behind every piece. If you’re not happy with your order, reach out and we’ll make it right — whether that’s a replacement, adjustment, or refund.
Product Care
Are your cutting boards food-safe?
Yes. All cutting boards are finished with food-safe mineral oil and/or beeswax. We recommend re-oiling your board every 2–4 weeks with food-grade mineral oil to maintain its appearance and longevity.
How do I care for my wood product?
Hand wash only — never put wood products in the dishwasher. Dry immediately after washing. For cutting boards, apply food-grade mineral oil monthly. For shelves and decor, dust with a soft cloth.

Do you offer bulk orders for businesses?
Yes — we work with realtors, mortgage lenders, corporate gifting buyers, and event planners. We offer bulk pricing, custom logo engraving, and consistent quality across every piece. Visit our Business Gifting page or contact us directly.
Can you add a company logo to cutting boards?
Absolutely. We can engrave logos, brand marks, and custom text. Send us your logo file and we’ll create a mockup for approval.
